Payments

We accept cash, travelers checks, & credit cards. Personal checks are accepted only if you are staying longer than 30 days.

Electric

Electric is included in the daily & weekly rates, otherwise resident is responsible for electric.  Please call FPL at 1-800-375-2434 to start service upon arrival.

Specials

2 Months (Jan & Feb OR Feb & March): $2000

3 Months (Jan, Feb, & March): $2800

All balances are due upon arrival.  Includes water and sewer; resident is responsible for metered electric.

Six Month Rental Plan

$3200 or 3 payments of $1084
Six consecutive months during the months of October to May. Unit may be kept on site year round (optional). Includes water and sewer; resident is responsible for metered electric.

Guests

Prices are based on double occupancy. There is a $5 charge per night per person for overnight guests. Your overnight guests are required to register in the office upon arrival.

Deposit

$200 for monthly, $100 for weekly, and $55 for daily. Canceled reservations within 30 days prior to arrival date will result in loss of deposit. Please call 239-992-3808 to make a reservation today.

Storage

$100 per month (plus 6% tax).  See office for details. The resort is not responsible for articles left at the site, including the recreational vehicle itself.
